Cynthia “Cindy” Miller has 40 plus years of publishing experience; she keeps current with the latest tools of the trade, such as InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, Front Page, and PhotoShop. She is experienced with web page design and public relations, as well. Prior to her retirement from civil service in 2002, she wrote and edited numerous technical reports for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division and the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, Dahlgren, Virginia.  She served as Editor, Navy Technology Transfer Fact Sheet, and various other newsletters. She is also a retired technical writer for Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems. She was co-editor of the book Dahlgren, published in 1977. She serves as a writer and historian for Shiloh Baptist Church in King George County, Virginia. She wrote and published the book, The First 150 Years: A History of Shiloh Baptist Church from 1856 to 2006. She holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Mary Washington.
